Sunday, Dave and I decided to see just how far it was to the grocery from each of the three apartments we are considering. The weather was great and we walked to some great places along the way. Along the riverfront in Teneriffe, New Farm park with the bagpipe players and rose gardens, and the incredible French bakery The fitbit pedometer that I wear now logged a little over 21,000 steps which is a little over 10 miles!!
Today we got the great news that our #1 choice of apartments is ours starting November 22nd. So we'll be living in Bulimba for the next 2 years and looking for people to come and visit us after December! Sign up now! Seriously....
Celebrating our good fortune and how "easy" it was to get!!!
No phone yet.....sigh. will make do with the US phone for now.
